Acceptance
Authenticator (the "App") is provided by Authenticator 2FA MFA ("Authenticator 2FA MFA", "we", "us"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
License & Apple standard EULA
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on any Apple-branded device you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. Your use is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"), available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. Where these Terms and the Standard EULA conflict, the Standard EULA controls for App Store distribution.
Your responsibility
The App stores your accounts and two-factor codes only on your device. You are responsible for safeguarding your device, your backups, and the encryption key used to restore them. Because we never receive your data, we cannot recover codes or backups on your behalf.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the App, reverse-engineer it except to the extent permitted by law, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Authenticator 2FA MFA is not liable for any loss of data, access, or profits arising from your use of the App.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
